Store Policies
IMPORTANT: Each decoration is
checked before being shipped. Inspect your order immediately
upon delivery. Notify us within 24 hours of US Mail delivery to you if there is any damage.
You must be at least 18 years old to order from this online store. All orders are charged when you click the "submit" button
and are confirmed automatically to the email address you provide on your order. If you do not see an order number on your screen
after your order has been placed, your order most likely did not go through.

Payment Method for Online Orders or Fax Orders |
We accept the
following USA issued credit cards- Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, or Discover. Delivery to credit cardholder's street
address in the USA or a confirmed alternate address.
Deliveries to other shipping addresses & Post Office box
numbers are via RESTRICTED delivery only. Most orders require
a signature for delivery.
IMPORTANT: The billing
information you provide must match what your bank or credit
card company have on file. Any variance will delay or void
your order. Many orders are also verified by telephone.

Now accepting PayPal® with delivery to a confirmed USA addresses.
PayPal® Restriction- If you choose PayPal® as your payment method, note that we only ship to PayPal® confirmed addresses in the USA. We will not ship to a different address. If you would like delivery to an alternate address (an address other than what PayPal® has on file), choose one of the other payment options mentioned.

Other Ways to Order- Check, Money
Order, etc. |
You can place your
order online or send it via fax or email (do not include your
credit card number if you email your order to us... we will
call you for it). You can also send a check, money order or
credit card information along with a copy of your order
through regular US Mail. Orders must be accompanied by full
payment before an item goes into production or it is shipped.
We accept credit cards issued in the USA and Canada with
shipment to a USA. We currently do not ship to any other
locations.

Online Ordering Security |
Our shopping cart uses
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted transfer of sensitive
credit card information. When you choose to order online (you
can order online, by fax, by mail, etc.), you will be taken
to our secure page (https://....) where you will include your
billing and credit card information... then click on the
submit button and your order will be placed. Only this page
needs to be secure because it is the only page that contains
your private information. You will notice the paddle lock in
the address bar of your web browser which signifies a secure
site.

Order Confirmation |
You will receive
an order number if you have successfully placed your order.
Orders are then confirmed with an automated response service
so you will also receive a copy of your order via email to
the address that you provided. Remember... most
orders require a signature for delivery.

Manufacturer Defects |
All items are guaranteed
to be delivered free of manufacturer's defects and as
ordered. If any item has a manufacturer's defect it will be
corrected by them at no charge to you. Note that this does
not apply to paint patterns or unique characteristics because
these are hand painted, mouth-blown, glass ornaments and they
will vary from piece to piece.

Returns |
Note that
some items are
special ordered just for you and are not returnable. Once
placed with the mfr. they cannot be cancelled and are not
returnable. Items marked returnable may be returned within 15
days of our shipping date. Note that shipping fees are
not refundable.

Shipping Time |
See individual product
pages or categories for the approximate time it takes for an
item to ship from our store or the manufacturer or contact us if you have a
question. If we encounter a delay in shipping your order (if
the item is out of stock or has been discontinued), we will
immediately notify you via email OR telephone and you can
then decide whether you wish to wait or cancel the order.

Damaged Deliveries |
All items are carefully
inspected prior to shipment and carefully packed for
delivery. In the unlikely event an item is received damaged
or if there is an error, you must report it to us within 24
hours of delivery. Call (231) 938-2582. Since all orders are
shipped insured, you must save all packing materials for an
inspection by the shipping company. |
Our Mistakes or Errors... |
If we have made a
mistake, we will take care of the problem. We will also
provide a return shipping label or may instead choose to
reimburse you for the return insured REGULAR
US Mail fee that you incur because of a mistake or error on our
part. If you select another carrier or faster method, you are
responsible for the difference in fees.
If you have made the
mistake, you will be responsible for any fees to correct the
problem plus shipping fees. |
Failure to Deliver by a
Promised Date |
If we do not deliver by a
promised date and it is because of an error on our part, the
remedy shall be limited to the reimbursement of the full
purchase price of the item ordered (upon our receipt of the
returned item if it has already shipped to you). We will not
be liable for any expenses beyond this. Note that when we
indicate that an item generally ships in about so many days,
this is NOT a promised delivery date.
If delivery
delay is due to the shipping company such as FedEx, UPS, US
Postal Service, etc., we will not be liable nor responsible
for the delay. It is the shipping company's responsibility to
deliver in the time frames they advertise. Any remedies shall
be in accordance with the shipping company's policies. Note
that we ship ALL orders via insured delivery in case of
loss/damage while in their control.

Privacy Policy |
We do not sell or trade
our customer's or potential customer's information to other
businesses or individuals. That is not our way of business.
We believe that our quality products, competitive prices and
service should be enough to bring you back. If an item is
drop shipped from the manufacturer, your name, address and
telephone number is given to that company so they can fill
and deliver your order. IP addresses are recorded by the
shopping cart system and will be used to trace fraudulent
purchases.

Jurisdiction & Venue |
By using this website,
you agree that any and all legal actions brought against

be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, without
regard to its conflict of law rules or principles. You also
agree to settle all disagreements or disputes arising from

and/or it's owners through the appropriate federal or state
court exclusively in the counties of Grand Traverse, Michigan
or Kent, Michigan, depending on the court requirements. All
rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of
such Courts are waived. Use of this site constitutes your
agreement to our online store policies and terms of sale. If
you do not agree to our terms and policies, do not use this

without notice. Many items are not shown in actual size-
refer to measurements provided. Colors will vary... do not
use the online colors to determine actual colors because
